Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $10.95 for all standard orders shipped to an Australian address.

Our products are made to order. We will endevour to ship within 48 hours, however please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email. We will contact you in the event of any unforseen delays.

Delivery can take between 3-10 business days within metro areas & additional time for regional areas. The estimated delivery times based on your location can be viewed here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times

Haven Design Works will not be held responsible for incorrect address input on the users end. We kindly ask you to check all of your details before moving forward with your order. Australia Post is a trusted service. Haven Design Works will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered. We will not accept any liability for unforeseen delay in the delivery or in the event there is no one to receive the package at the designated delivery address.

Returns

Every care is taken when packaging your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them. Please email havendesignworks@gmail.com so that we can evaluate your claim and make it right.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidently order the wrong fragrance.

All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.
